The renovation of a typical listed monument canal house built original in two parts one giving on the canal side and the other at the rear of the property. The two units are turned into apartments and studios with a central staircase and elevator, so that each floor contains two smaller studios of 45 to 95 m2.

Smartly designed with sliding doors to enable the use of the large kitchen as a large living room, or into a large bedroom, the smart conception using specialised yacht builders knowledge has enabled the creation of the smallest loft studios in Amsterdam. Another first for VictoriaLofts.
