OUTLINE
The demolition and complete reconstruction of a hangup and construction of contemporary residential units integrated into the classic Victoria Lofts building.

Originally a seventies triple height girder built warehousing complex, the anodine and soulless facade of a building that covered nearly 2 football pitches certainly did not aspire affection with the local residents. The decision was taken to demolish the building sacrificing more than 2 third of its footprint to create an inner landscaped garden island.

The cotemporary stepped luminous apartments that have been designed to integrate into the existing Victoria Lofts projects offer modern and elegant living spaces that fit wonderfully into the Victoria Lofts concept. Each apartment has a terrace overlooking the gardens, underground parking, central gated access direct from the garden to the street as well as benefiting from the concierge service, fitness, swimming pool, landscaped communal gardens and gymnasium that have made Victoria Lofts so popular.

The success of this project was such that it was 100% sold within weeks of being offered on the market.
